Broker’s Notes

This boat is currently moored in the Kwung Tong typhoon shelter. It’s been berthed previously in the Discovery Bay Marina Club up until 2018.

A number of opportunities exist for the boats new owner to be able to utilise the boat with power and water.

KWUNG TONG – Remaining in its current area in the shelter it can be rafted with a number of other boats which have excellent access to power and water. These services are provided from a service boat. The utilities are available 24 hours a day. Access to the pier is made available thru tender transport and provides very quick access to the MTR station and ferry pier for travel into Hong Kong Island.

This option is ideal as the boat does not require to be moved from its current location plus a number of repair and servicing facilities are made available thru the berthing agreement.

If the owner would like to move the boat, it’s fully capable to be re located elsewhere in Hong Kong with berthing available in places such as Aberdeen and other areas which continue to develop.
