Broker’s Notes

This pristine condition sailing yacht is ideal for cruising Hong Kong waters in optimal comfort. With two double cabins, spacious heads (shower with hot and cold water and toilet), and a well-designed saloon with galley, charts table and sitting/dining area, it can accommodate 6 guests overnight and 8 guests for day-cruising. In 2016, the current owner fitted a Victron battery charger/inverter, a Victron battery monitor, 2 x 100 W solar panels and a Renogy solar controller as well as 4 x 100 AC Delco deep-cycle service batteries to supply all the power needed to operate fans, refrigerator and electronic equipment (Raymarine C190 W Chartplotter and Raymarine ST70 autopilot/anemometer/speedometer/depth-sounder). The owner has also ordered brand new sails for the boat, that will be delivered in March 2018. Last anti-fouling in January 2018. The vessel is currently located in Aberdeen.
