Owner’s Cabin

a. Double bunk with large storage beneath for additional sails – storm jib/spinnakers etc. – 3 spinnakers on board.

b. Fiberglass water storage (150 lts) below bunk

c. Wardrobe with drawers.

d. En-suite head with shower, sea cocks under sink.

e. Vanity cabinet

2. Main cabin.

a. Seating with storage underneath around circular table.

b. Table drops to form additional sleeping with cushions on top of table.

c. Access to boat speed/depth transducer in bilge under table.

d. Fiberglass water tank (150 lts) below seating

e. Separate seat at table with storage for wine etc.

f. Bookshelf

g. Clock and barometer on wall.

h. Solar vent in main hatch

i. All ceiling panels were replaced in 2024.

3. Galley

a. Area for plate storage

b. Oven with 4 ring stove.

c. Double sink with storage below and access to gas supply to oven.

d. Sea water manual foot pump for rinsing dishes etc.

e. Cupboard for kitchen utensils and cutlery etc. with fridge compressor below

f. Fridge freezer to the left of the galley

g. Cupboard for basic food items i.e. sauces, condiments, coffee etc.,

h. Rack for cup storage

Navigator’s table

a. Electrical panel replaced in 2022

b. Storage for CDs, flags etc.

c. Handheld VHF radio

d. VHF radio.

e. Unserviceable radio transmitter/receiver.

f. CD Player/Radio with remote.

g. Chart table with main boat electrics isolators beneath.

h. Cupboard beneath table with engine battery (100Ahr) and water pressure pump also for wine glass storage accessible from behind cabin seating.

Aft Head

a. Opposite chart table

b. Used as a wet locker previously

c. Second anchor storage

d. Requires upgrading with new sea cocks, through hull fittings and toilet pump mechanism all of which have been purchased but not fitted.

e. Needs cosmetic upgrade.

f. Hanging storage for wet weather gear and mooring lines.

6. Aft Cabin – Starboard

a. Double berth with sea berth above

b. Cupboards for storage

c. Fuel tank (190 lts) below bunk.

d. Sink

f. Basket containing winch handles and blocks for spinnaker,

i. 4 position battery switch located outside – at bottom of the companionway stairs.

8. Engine Access

a. Below companionway – secured by two locks at top of access panel.

On Deck

From the Bow.

1. Anchor Locker

a. Storage for 20 metres anchor chain plus rope rode and one anchor.

b. Electric windlass – foot controls located outside on the right-hand side of the deck

c. Genoa furling unit with furling line led aft.

2. Mast area.

a. Spinnaker pole

b. Various hand winches with jammers for hoisting the mainsail and genoa.

c. Main outhaul, and reefing line controls with jammers

d. Cunningham gear below boom.

e. Wireless wind transducer at top

f. Filler caps for forward and midships water tanks located on port and starboard.

3. Cockpit

a. To the left and right of the companionway jammers and controls.

b. Winch for control of main – left hand side.

c. 2 main winches for genoa control.

d. Winches for Spinnaker control

e. Helm with engine controls on the starboard side.

f. Instrument pod for depth, speed and wind information. (possibly require upgrading)

g. Engine starting and instrumentation on starboard side.

h. Bimini.

The vessel is moored on RHKYC mooring at Shelter cove and is transferable to other member subject to club approval . Non members may opt for their own mooring arrts which Saffron Marina can assist for same .
