The common bathroom features bath with shower and vanity.

The lower deck has 2 x Single bed cabins, one featuring built in wardrobe and dresser, a reverse cycle airconditioner and under bed storage drawers. The other also has built-in under bed storage drawers and space for desk or wardrobe.

The two single bed cabins have been designed with easily removable panel walls (also easily stored) so the room can be fully open, 1 cabin or two.

The study features built-in desk, bookshelves and drawers. This room can also open up into the adjoining room.

There is also a laundry room with washer dryer (2016) and large linen press

The top deck consists of a Large rooftop with Bimini(for shade), storage lockers (under the seats) and power.

Connectivity

Serendipity comes equipped with a 5G compatible wireless router with external aerial and wired access to the study and Master bedroom.

Fitted in 2016 with an isolating transformer provides easy power management to all appliances

Comes with all Appliances including dual oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge and bar fridge on the balcony.

Designed in partnership with Bondway, she was completed in 1994, the superstructure was totally refurbished in 2017 by the original boat builder. The hull has been fully inspected, recaulked, stripped and varnished.
