Broker’s Notes

Someplace Else is a 44 foot Island Gypsy, built in 1977, and one of the first hulls made by Kong & Halvorsen in Hong Kong. She is entirely made of wood. The boat completed her annual service and maintenance this January 2023, and her engines (1500 hours each since full reconditioning in 2003) were both fully serviced in November 2020.

She is moored in one of Hong Kong’s most beautiful marinas on a finger pier, and is fully equipped with a Genset and air-conditioning systems, plus row boat, 2 kayaks , gas bbq , lifejackets for all including kid life jackets, beach toys and games, a fully equipped Galley.

She is a wonderful family boat; ideal for island hopping and overnight stays onboard .

The owners are selling only 1/3rd boat share.

She is fully seaworthy and ready to sail out anytime .
