An upper open living dining area and bar kitchen, opens out onto a large rear balcony that can seat at least 4 and a BBQ.

The upper deck is a traditional Chinese pleasure junk layout with sun pads and bimini.

Over 2000 sq foot of indoor/outdoor living space.

Broker’s Notes

The boat was placed into the boat yard in March 2020 and the hull was checked repaired and re- corked as required and anti-fouled.

The whole exterior of the boat was completely repainted above the water line the completely repainted inside with any wood repairs as required.

The engine was serviced with new engine / gearbox oil and oil and diesel filters

A new sea water pump fitted and a service of the starter motor.

The boats wiring system was checked and updated were required.

The forward toilet motor and electric switch was replaced

When not connected to shore power, there is an additional simple solar system of x6 100w solar panels installed on the roof with a 2000w inverter for general boat power / lights / toilets / refrigerator (if required)

The boat will be sold with all floor furniture, sofa, beds etc. as pictured (But not small loose coverings or ornaments )

In addition an inflatable tender and 3.5hp outboard to carry 4 people will also be available so this is a ‘no worries complete package purchase’!!
